Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS II)

Each individual performs only those waived, moderate, or highly complex tests authorized by, CA, Bus. & Prof. Code (Sections §1206.5 (a)(b)(c), §1261, §1210, §1269, §1260.3, 17 CFR 1031 (b) (1-5), 17 CFR 1032.5) and must possess a degree of skill commensurate with individual’s education, training or experience and technical abilities.
