Description

Clinical Liaison ( RN or RT/RRT )Select Specialty Hospital/Regency HospitalCritical Illness Recovery Hospital (LTACH) Full-time: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM Annual Salary: $70,000 to $87,000 depending on years of relevant work experience. Plus, uncapped monthly bonus incentives. A day in the lifeYou’ll advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs.

You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals by fostering relationships within medical facilities. With clinical expertise and problem-solving skills, you’ll also coordinate care plans with physicians and families. You will also facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-ICU care.
