Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License. Other designations like LPN, PT, OT, etc., upon further review. Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

A day in the lifeYou’ll advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs. You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities.
