Education
✓Master's Degree Required: Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 4 years Required: increasing responsible leadership experience in the development and/or administration of behavioral health services, including at least one year of significant responsibility for personnel and clinical services and
✓Experience in the implementation of evidence-based care models
✓Experience and alignment with a culture of collaborative leadership (Required)
✓Expert understanding of culturally appropriate, trauma-informed care (Required)
✓Expert understanding of DSM-5 (Required)
✓Ability to balance reflective and directive leadership styles (Required)
✓Knowledge of community resources, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance requirements relative to continuity of care (Required)
✓Knowledge of Excel and ability to oversee many aspctes of budget utilization (Required)
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
✓Excellent organizational and computer skills (Required)
✓Experience with EPIC or other electronic health record system (Required)
