Licensure
✓Must have current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or in another state that participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
Certifications
✓Clinical managers who have oversight over staff required to have Safety Care Level 1 certification shall also obtains initial certification and annual re-certification in full safety care level 1 training.
✓Must have required certifications per department standards.
Education
✓BSN or active matriculation in BSN Program.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients throughout the life span with consideration of aging processes, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.
