Licensure
✓LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW State Licensing Board Required
Education
✓Master's Degree Required
4-6 years post master’s degree in direct clinical care in an organized setting preferred. and
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of the principles of Clinical Social Work and the population served.
✓Knowledge of leadership and supervisory principles, and skilled in applying knowledge independently in daily work.
✓Knowledge of the applicable regulatory statutes and requirements.
✓Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to participate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
1-3 years in a management or supervisory role responsible for personnel, budget, programs and employee management preferred.
Proficiency with software applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in operating Electronic Medical Records, including EPIC preferred.

About the role

Under minimal supervision is responsible for administration, leadership, and oversight of the Department of Behavioral Health Social Work Services to include: Mobile Crisis Services, Behavioral Health Services Inpatient Units, Psychiatric Emergency Services and other community based workgroups as assigned. Participates actively in relevant Department of BHS work groups and meetings.
