Clinical Manager (RN) – Assistive Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PA Assistive Care office in Montgomery County as a Clinical Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a team of field caregivers while ensuring clients receive exceptional, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.
Highlights Location: Wynnewood, PA Base Salary: $90,000–$95,000 annually, based on qualifications Monday–Friday opportunity Paid weekly Comprehensive benefits package Career advancement and growth opportunities As a Clinical Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional client care. Visit Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments throughout Montgomery and Delaware counties. Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aide (HHA) staff in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding. Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.
Provide ongoing guidance, education, and support to field employees. Partner with office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes. What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience. Recent hands-on nursing experience required. Prior home care experience preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.
