Licensure
✓Current, unrestricted Rhode Island licensure in applicable clinical discipline (RN, OT, PT) required.
Certifications
✓Valid BLS certification required.
Professional certification relevant to the individual's discipline or healthcare leadership preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for RN candidates
✓Master’s degree in occupational therapy required for OT candidates.
Master’s degree preferred.
Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred for PT candidates.
Qualifications
✓Minimum 3 to 5 Years of progressive nursing experience required.
✓Previous leadership experience required.

About the role

Provides clinical and operational leadership to an interdisciplinary team, maintaining current knowledge of home health regulations and best practices.
