✓Manages, attends and participates in staff meetings and in-services and/or reviews documentation as required

✓Demonstrates an understanding of relative Hospital and all-departmental policies and procedures including safety issues

Provides direction to subordinates to meet the departmental objectives as well as the objectives of Saint Anne's Hospital.
