Clinical Manager | Essex County, NJ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary: $100,000–$108,000 annually with potential KPI bonus BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our Essex County Visits (ECV) office. This office provides best-in-class care to clients and families throughout Essex County.

What You’ll Do Lead, supervise, and support a team of clinicians delivering high-quality home health care Review OASIS documentation, clinical notes, care plans, and other documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Help ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and BAYADA policies, procedures, and quality standards Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field support visits throughout Essex County Provide real-time clinical guidance and support to nurses in the field Lead or participate in case conferences and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development for newly hired clinicians Complete skills validations, competency assessments, and performance coaching for new and tenured team members Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, continuity of care, and overall clinical excellence Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience Home health experience strongly preferred OASIS and Medicare documentation knowledge preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for supporting clients and developing clinical teams in the home setting Schedule & Work Environment Full-time role: exempt Monday–Friday, daytime office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
