Provide Clinical Guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit. Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms, relieve staff for meal breaks, coordinate bed transfer/inpatient bed placement, scheduling ad-on cases Lead daily huddle Rotates into patient care as needed Manage staff schedules What you will need: IL RN License Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred BLS/CPR, ACLS from American Heart Association required Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
