✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska without restriction, or eligibility to obtain Nebraska licensure within 90 days if residing in Nebraska.
✓Nurses residing outside Nebraska must hold an unrestricted compact state license.
Certifications
✓BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certifications, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
✓They are highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at balancing education delivery, regulatory requirements, competency validation, and workforce development initiatives.
Experience in clinical education, staff development, nursing leadership, or employee training. preferred

Experience using learning management systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. preferred
