✓Basic Life Support certification required at time of hire.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, education. Master’s degree in Nursing/Education required.
- Three years of clinical experience required. Experience in supervision, curriculum development and instructional design desired.
- Demonstrates knowledge of adult education principles, learner-centered training, needs assessment and performance evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required. Must be highly motivated, creative, self-directed, articulate, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a comprehensive broad based knowledge and the ability to interact with and educate all levels of learners within the Samaritan organization.
- Must have the ability to utilize a variety of educational tools and equipment.
