The Clinical Nurse provides direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients across the continuum of care. The role requires rapid clinical assessment, sound judgment, and adherence to professional nursing standards in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. The Clinical Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient-centered care, safeguards patient rights, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Practice is aligned with organizational values, quality improvement principles, and regulatory requirements. Education Qualifications Associate’s Degree Nursing Licenses and Certifications Registered Nurse Experience Qualifications Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care, critical care, emergency, or specialty clinical setting. Experience managing high-acuity patients, rapid clinical decision-making, and interdisciplinary collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Previous ICU, GI procedure or Operating Room experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
