Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred with a concentration in Perioperative Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates at least 5 years experience in:
✓Area of clinical specialty
✓Formulating annual budgets (operating and capital)
✓Progressive Supervisory or Personnel management
✓Familiarity with agency and regulatory compliance in-patient care delivery systems.
✓Gives praise and recognition for good performance; contributes to growth, learning and success of others; engages the colleague in his/her own growth; addresses issues head-on; considers all parties involved in the situation
