Job Profile Summary This role focuses on providing professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Nursing Leadership duties: Controls, directs, and participates in the activities of the organization through a hierarchy of managers and supervisors. As a member of this specialized team, you will provide expert inpatient nursing care, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, seamless, and compassionate transitions throughout the patient’s journey. In addition, This Clinical Manager will provide leadership and oversight for the inpatient float pools.
