You’ll need
Licensure
✓Pharmacy License (RPh) in the State of Ohio, Board Certification or eligibility within 1 year.
Certifications
✓Obtain and maintain current American Heart Association (AHA) training in Basic Life Support (BLS) utilizing Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) is required.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from a college or a university accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
Qualifications
✓Obtain a personal National Provider Identifier (NPI) within 30 days of hire.
✓Comfortable speaking to large groups and presenting.
✓Detail oriented.
✓Communicate effectively.
✓Adaptability to changing work environment or needs.
Completion of ASHP accredited PGY-1 Residency. Minimum one-year related experience preferred.
