Licensure
✓Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Michigan (including a Controlled Substance license), verifiable through the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, or eligibility to become licensed within 90 days of employment start date.
✓Current registration as a Registered Pharmacist by the Michigan State Board of Pharmacy is necessary.
✓Possession of a state narcotics license is necessary.
Certifications
✓This classification requires Primary Source Verification.
✓Modes of Work
✓Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.

Completion of a PGY1 residency and/or BCPS or BCOP certification preferred
Education

Prior infusion or oncology pharmacy experience with sterile product preparation, including both hazardous and non-hazardous medications preferred
