Qualifications Required Education Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Required Licensure Current Pharmacist license in the state of practice. Preferred Experience Two or more years of clinical pharmacist experience.
Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency preferred. Preferred Certifications Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must obtain a Medication Therapy Services Certificate issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
