You’ll need
Licensure
✓Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
Certifications
✓BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
✓ACLS certification required for attending Code Blue.
Education
✓B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy. preferred
Qualifications
✓Completion of the TSBP educational requirements in the field of compounding sterile preparations OR must be capable of completing requirements within 90 days of hire date.
One year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience. preferred
