Licensure
✓Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland is required.
✓Board Certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties or a certification deemed appropriate for the practitioner's practice setting by the Division Director is required within 2 years of the start date.
Certifications
ACLS and/or PALS certification is desired. preferred
Education
✓Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in a PharmD. or BS degree.
✓Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency program or equivalent experience is required.
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-2 residency program specializing in Pediatrics is preferred.
Qualifications
✓Hospital and departmental education requirements completed within 90 days of hire.
✓Minimum three years of clinical health-system experience or equivalent is required.
