✓Licensed to practice in pharmacy in the state where the pharmacy is located.
Education
✓Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Very good drug knowledge base including pharmacokinetics dosing and nutritional support.
✓Effective communication skills, verbal and written; working computer knowledge.
One year of hospital experience preferred.
Hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
