Clinical Pharmacist

Provides clinical pharmacy services, including drug information, pharmacokinetics, patient education, and participation in multidisciplinary patient care groups within the hospital and the outpatient oncology center. Ensures the accurate and appropriate use of pharmaceuticals for patients of all ages in the hospital within the standards of professional practice and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Pharmacy.

Staff in hospital pharmacy in addition to clinical rounding. Shift work including evenings, every fourth weekend required, and holiday coverage. Experience or interest in oncology preferred.
