Clinical Pharmacist - Outpatient Infusion Oncology

The Oncology/Infusion Clinical Pharmacist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services for patients receiving cancer therapy and/or specialty infusion therapies across inpatient and outpatient settings. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, this role ensures safe, accurate, and evidence-based chemotherapy and supportive care by verifying and interpreting medication orders, managing complex regimens, documenting clinical interventions, and proactively identifying and resolving medication-related issues.
