✓Requirements
Licensure
✓licensure to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from the Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
Certifications
✓Maintains required licensure, certifications, credentials, and continuing education.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (five-year degree program) from an accredited college of pharmacy
Qualifications
✓Must have good oral and interpersonal communication skills, to communicate effectively with members of other healthcare disciplines, and other Pharmacy staff.
✓Must have extensive knowledge and ability in all areas of the department including: IV Admixtures, Drug Information, Ambulatory, Manufacturing, and Drug Distribution.
✓Must have comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacotherapy.
✓Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the patient care team.
✓Consistently promote a culture of Wellbeing, Empathy, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Equity as outlined in the organization's WE CARE values.
✓Demonstrated commitment and actions to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
✓Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time (Standing or walking approximately 70% of the time). Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

About the role
