Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD in Pharmacy. Upon hire: Alaska Pharmacist License. Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
