Clinical Pharmacist-Retail PRN

Find your calling at Mercy! Oversees the preparation and dispensing of medication, medication order verification, insures the monitoring of patient medication therapy. Acts as a resource for the provision of medication information for patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Identifies, recommends, resolves, and prevents medication-related problems through intervention with the physician. Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel to ensure the timeliness of medication administration. Follows approved policies, procedures, protocols, regulatory standards, in executing

. Position Details:

Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from a School or College of Pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

Requires a current pharmacist license from applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
