We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management. Specialty pharmacy experience is not required - you’ll receive focused training as part of a 6-week onboarding program designed to build your confidence and prepare you to thrive in this impactful role.

- Growth-Oriented: Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease-state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high-impact areas including: Oncology and Hematology Hepatitis B and C Autoimmune Conditions in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology Asthma and Allergy Pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding Disorders Transplant Medicine Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Neurologic Conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Epilepsy, and Migraine Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
Previous pharmacist experience preferred. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $58.85 to $79.63 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
