Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.
Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice
Minimum 3 years of experience in area of practiceCertifications: Other: Preferred
ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred. Preferred
Preferred
Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred. Preferred
