The pharmacy vision is to become world-class pharmacy recognized for excellence. This individual will serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists while delivering innovative practices and service delivery models that ensure cost effective and optimal medication management in the population we serve. Individual will participate in operational and clinical duties of a clinical pharmacist as assigned and required.
Multi-disciplinary rounds including clinical initiatives, direct patient care and educational/training activities will be performed. Individual will also provide education to technicians, pharmacists, and other health care practitioners. They will serve as a preceptor of pharmacy interns, technicians, and ASHP-accredited pharmacy residents.
Degrees: Bachelor of Pharmacy Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy Preferred Work
