You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
Completion of a PGY2 in Ambulatory Care, equivalent experience or board certification preferred.
Certifications
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
✓Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
Education
✓The position of Clinical Pharmacy Specialist requires a doctoral degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy.
✓Completion of a PGY1 residency required. Completion of a PGY2 in Ambulatory Care, equivalent experience or board certification preferred.
Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program: Two years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience may substitute for the clinical pharmacy residency program. preferred
