✓Patient transporters can walk 8-10 miles per shift. *Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
CNE - Certified Nurse Educator - National League for Nursing preferred
Education
✓Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
Master’s Degree in Nursing with emphasis in clinical nursing practice preferred
Qualifications
✓3 years as an RN in an acute care setting
✓1 year in specialty area
✓Patient-and Family-Centered Practice
✓Knowledge of how to convey respect and collaborate with each patient, family and/or designated care partner in care and care planning. Able to educate and mentor staff in patient and family centered practice.
✓Cultural Awareness
✓Knowledge of people with diverse backgrounds and the ability to convey respect and connect effectively. Able to educate and mentor staff in cultural awareness and practices.

✓Medication Administration
