✓Licensure - Valid, active unencumbered nursing license approved by the Georgia Licensing Board Certification - BLS and Certification in clinical specialty (e.g., ANCC, NAHQ, AACN) Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required): - Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement (QI) or performance
Certifications
✓Experience translating evidence into practice through protocol development, clinical guideline creation, or best practice implementation Certification - ACLS and/or PALS if applicable or other specialty certification Physical Requirements: (Medium Max 25lbs): up to 25 lbs., 0-33% of the work day
Education
Education - Master of Science in Nursing, ideally in a clinical specialty or leadership track preferred
Qualifications
✓Experience - 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years in a specialty or system-based performance/quality role
✓Experience with data-driven decision-making, root cause analyses, and regulatory compliance (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, Vizient, Leapfrog) 2.
✓Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs.
✓Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
✓Environmental Factors: Factors affecting environmental conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks.
