This is a unique opportunity to practice high-touch, relationship-based psychiatry with extended visit times, allowing you to deliver exceptional, individualized care to adults, adolescents, and children. Care Model: Our concierge psychiatry program offers: Personalized Care: Extended, unrushed visits for deeper patient connection Integrated Care: Ongoing collaboration with other providers across the Johns Hopkins system Flexible Access: In-person and secure virtual visits 24/7 Availability: Direct patient access for urgent and after-hours needs Treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including: Mood disorders

Salary Range: Minimum $39.56/visit - Maximum $65.34/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
