Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Rehab Specialist to join our team.
We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. IN THIS ROLE: Serve as a liaison to healthcare facilities, while serving the Rehab physicians and administration Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team Coordinates business and medical information prior to patient admission Performs on-site evaluations Participates in community and educational activities promoting rehabilitation Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment **Looking for 1 weekend to be covered a month, and possibly some weekday availability as needed
Licensed Professional in a clinical health care specialty (RN, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist or Speech Therapist). Current FL licensure or FL approved compact license.
