You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Public Health, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Data Science, or a related field
✓or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
✓Minimum two years of experience supporting clinical or human-subjects research.
✓Experience with REDCap or similar electronic data capture systems, including project development, data dictionary creation, validation rules, database maintenance, user permissions, and data exports.
✓Strong data management skills, including data cleaning, validation, quality control, reconciliation, and preparation of analysis-ready datasets.
✓Working knowledge of human subjects research, research compliance requirements, confidentiality standards, and data security practices.
✓Familiarity with basic programming/coding in R and/or Python.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
✓Ability to learn and support specialized research systems and platforms.
✓Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced research environment.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓Ability to collaborate effectively with investigators, research staff, technical teams, and external partners.
Graduate-level training in a scientific, public health, clinical research, quantitative, or related field. preferred
Experience supporting multi-site, international, biospecimen-based, or repository-related research studies. preferred
Experience preparing scientific reports, presentations, grant materials, manuscripts, or other scholarly work. preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. preferred
