Education
✓High School Diploma or GED.
✓6 months to 1 year related work experience in a health care setting, educational equivalent or equivalent related work experience.
Qualifications
✓Bilingual skills are a plus but are not required
✓Previous healthcare, medical office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
✓Basic knowledge of computer operation techniques.
✓Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
✓Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
✓Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
✓Ability to be detail oriented as might be required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and data entry preferred
Professional and friendly communication skills, both in person and by telephone preferred
