Responsibilities Clinical Services Therapist - Inpatient Adult Unit Job Description The Brook – Dupont is a 88-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for adults. Our specialized treatment services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors and activity therapists.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: The Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team working with our adult patient population. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.
