Licensure
✓If CSWA, Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate licensure required, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications
✓Ability to provide strengths-based, biopsychosocial assessment and evidence-based interventions to patients of all ages with behavioral health concerns, substance abuse and health compromising behaviors.
✓Ability to provide psychoeducation to patients and their support systems.
✓Ability to provide psychotherapy services and complete documentation required for billing.
✓Ability to quickly build rapport for brief as well as ongoing clinical assessments of behavioral health, resource and care coordination needs.
✓Ability to function as an integrated member of the interdisciplinary medical team with strong communication skills.
✓Ability to work in a brief, solution focused model as well as a long-term therapeutic model of care, while connecting patients to community resources and higher levels of behavioral health care, as indicated.
✓Ability to maintain the code of ethics and standards of Social Work, in accordance with principles set forth by the National Association of Social Work (NASW), CMH, and agency policies and procedures.
✓Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with medical staff, patients, and other clinicians.
✓Ability to obtain LCSW within 3 years of start of full time employment
✓Ability to maintain credentialing and appropriate documentation for insurance companies if needed.
✓Competency in providing cognitive and behavioral assessments and interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups with behavioral health and/or substance use complications in a health care setting.

✓Involves standing, walking, stooping, and occasional carrying/lifting of lightweight materials.
✓May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
