Licensure
✓Current LCSW or LICSW through the Minnesota Board of Social Work (MN BOSW) is required.
Certifications
✓Evaluation must be completed by an organization listed as a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
Education
✓A detailed equivalency evaluation is required, demonstrating a U.S. equivalent degree.
Qualifications
✓Advanced knowledge of mental illness, personality development, and various treatment modalities, along with skills in conducting individual, group, and family therapy.
✓Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and community agencies.
✓Psychosocial diagnostic expertise and experience addressing barriers related to social determinants of health.

About the role

This outpatient role enhances access to behavioral health services and supports population health. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, APRNs, RN care coordinators, and primary care physicians, to provide evidence-based behavioral health care and coordinate transitional care and support related to social determinants of health.
