Provide professional clinical leadership, maintain work schedule for nursing department staff, delegate tasks, monitor overtime and adjust schedules accordingly, approve time off requests for nursing staff and adjust schedule as needed, provide orientation and training for new nursing staff members, assist in annual employee evaluations, coordinate nursing staff meetings as needed, delegate nursing task, inventory medical supplies and submit supply orders as needed, monitor budgetary constraints, maintain DMG policy and procedures, doctor/patient liaison, maintain patient confidentiality, assure OSHA/Safety compliance, meet regularly with office manager.
Provides supervision over assigned nursing staff for the site. . WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced medical office environment involving interaction with patients, physicians, and other clinical and non-clinical personnel. The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of 58,252.90 - 72,816.02 - 87,379.14 annualized, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
