Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor for Care Management oversees the day to day activities of the Care Management Department. The Clinical Supervisor provides support and guidance to the Care Management Staff. This will involve balancing clinical, strategic, regulatory, risk management and financial aspects in everyday decisions about care coordination, and resource utilization and discharge planning.

The Clinical Supervisor role also encompasses education of the entire interdisciplinary team on the goals of the Care Management Department. The Clinical Supervisor works collaboratively with other departments to achieve positive outcomes and a positive patient experience for all St. Francis patients and families.
