We are seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator to: Lead all implementation activities and identify the appropriate individuals and departments that need to be involved throughout the process Manage and track implementation timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met Coordinate product and material samples, working closely with Materials Management and other operational teams Maintain direct communication and collaboration with CQVA, ensuring alignment and prompt problem resolution Lead the weekly Project Tracker Call providing status updates, identify risks, and drive action items to completion Support clinical implementation efforts, serve as a visible and accessible resource for clinical end users and serve as the primary point of contact for implementation-related questions and issue resolution Identify, investigate, and resolve implementation challenges through effective problem-solving and cross-functional coordination At UW Health, you will have: An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
