About the role

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.

Required

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: High school diploma or GED 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.
