Patients are roomed according to rooming process standards Vital signs and other pertinent physical measurements are obtained and recorded accurately. Expanded medication history is collected, updated and documented to ensure quality and accuracy of medication list (according to authorized policy and demonstrating proficiency). Exam rooms and treatment rooms are prepared for examination of the patient and set up for procedures. Chart prep is completed for patient appointments as indicated by the type of clinic visit and the reason for the appointment Messages and test results are accurately received and relayed to the appropriate person/location in a manner consistent with clinic practices and/or standards.
