Position Details: Clinical Team Leader 36 hours per week, Nights Mercy Hospital Jefferson Festus, MO 63028 Mercy Behavioral Health Services provides a structured and therapeutic environment to individuals suffering from psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders and substance use disorder. Here at Mercy our dedicated multi-disciplinary team promotes a structured therapeutic program to help those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy and relapse prevention.
MINIMUM REQUIRED
Completion of accredited nursing program.
Current state licensure in applicable state of practice.
Two years direct patient care experience as a registered nurse. One year experience as department charge nurse. Certification/Registration: BLS, NRP PREFERRED
BSN preferred. Physical
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
