- Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
- May perform additional duties as assigned Training: Clinical Technician Academy (CTA): 6 Classroom-style sessions located in Falls Church VA: 8AM – 4:30PM 1 Virtual Orientation Day: 9AM – 4:30PM 1 Virtual EPIC Training: 8AM – 4:30PM Training dates are pre-set and non-negotiable; recruitment team will share further information. Current Inova Clinical Technicians & rehires under 1 year are exempt from CTA. Your first week will be a required Monday – Friday schedule – regardless of your positions normal schedule.

High School diploma or equivalent. •
- 1 year working as a Clinical Technician/related in an acute care setting; or completing acute care clinical rotation with an accredited nursing program.
- Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
