About the role

We currently have a new opportunity for a CNA . This is a per diem position working day shift, 6:00AM - 6:30PM. The Clinical Tech is a Certified Nursing Assistant who assists with the delivery of quality patient care that is delegated by the nurse.

The licensed or registered nurse reserves the right at all times to supervise any tasks delegated to the Clinical Technician. This includes providing care in the areas of but not limited to; activities of daily living, feeding, nutrition, elimination, hygiene, mobility and safety, immediate effective communication regarding their observations of our patients/family regarding changes to include but not limited to the following: changes in the patients appearance, demeanor, and behavior.

Care is delivered in collaboration with the patient, family members, physicians, peers and other members of the healthcare team. The Clinical Technician maintains the highest standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting and is responsible for creating exceptional patient/family experiences during the delivery of this care. Qualified candidates must have 1or more years of CNA experience, be currently active on the Maine CNA Registry, have BCLS (CPR) Certification, and excellent customer service and bedside skills.
