Licensure
✓Professional Counselor License or NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counselor.
Certifications
✓Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) certification, or completion required during new hire orientation.
✓Handle with Care certification, or completion required during new hire orientation.
Education
✓Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master's degree in Counseling, or a related field.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of two years of post-licensure work experience in the same field.
✓Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
✓Knowledge of crisis intervention theory, its application in a variety of settings, as well as knowledge of disease management and disease process and differential diagnoses, and treatment techniques.
✓Ability to work as part of a team, while building collaborative relationships.
✓Must possess excellent follow through and attention to detail.
✓Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
