Full-time / Days How you’ll make an impact in this role This position will focus on front-end revenue cycle. Hands on work with insurance plans, benefits & claim denials. Assesses system issues, provides EMR training to improve function, standards, and patient outcomes.
Partners with leadership to improve training, adoption, and optimization strategies to meet goals. What minimum requirements you’ll need
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Minimum of 2 years of Epic Software. Front-End Revenue Cycle experience.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance plans and benefits. Willingness to investigate claim denials, including root cause analysis.
